During the day, I work full time as Community Relations for the City of Portland. In my free time, I chair the Diverse and Empowered Employees of Portland (DEEP), and SCRAP (http://scrappdx.org).
When my daughter grew up and moved out, I turned her room into Empty Nest Studios. I spend the remainder of my free time there working with paper and glue and found objects. My preferred medium is paper and glue. I create books, cards, and found object collages.
My loves are…my kid, family, 2 cutest dogs in the world, art, film, Portland, Oregon and the environment.
My vices are…paper, craft magazines, desserts, and going to movies.
My dislikes are…angry and negative people, litterbugs, bigots/racists, and not being appreciated.
